The founders
Founded by music professionals Tom DeGeorge, Randy Ojeda, and Luis Giler, FMAM combines decades of experience across live music, entertainment law, artist development, and booking. Tom brings deep roots in Florida's independent venue community, Randy provides industry insight through his work as an entertainment attorney, and Luis brings a firsthand artist perspective with years of performing, touring, and building relationships within the scene. Together, they create a unique artist-first approach focused on developing talent and strengthening Florida's independent music ecosystem.
